Job Overview:
Croell Inc. seeks a Semi-Truck Driver to transport cement powder for short and long hauls. This position offers the benefit of being home every night while playing a key role in exciting projects. The ideal candidate will maintain their truck, ensure safety standards, and foster positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transport cement powder and other equipment as needed.
- Perform maintenance on trucks and related equipment.
- Conduct pre- and post-shift truck inspections.
- Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Set up and tear down job sites during moves (as required).
- Record maintenance issues in the truck logbook and report concerns to the supervisor.
- Secure loads in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles.
- Work as part of a team, with the opportunity to cross-train in dispatching, batching, and mechanics.
- Be flexible with job duties, as the role may require tasks outside of the typical scope.
Qualifications:
- Must pass a pre-employment work screen, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test.
- Hold a Class A CDL with endorsements for doubles and pneumatic cement bulker hauling, and a valid DOT Medical card.
- Wear personal protective equipment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
- Dependability, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Positive attitude to maintain productive relationships with team members and management.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, and dust.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required, though it is not typical.
