Job Description:
We're currently seeking a dedicated HGV driver to join our team in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. In addition to driving, this role involves working within our distribution center.
Daily Responsibilities:
Flexibility regarding start timesCollaborating effectively within a team
Completion of Daily Vehicle Check Sheets
Timely deliveries and collections
Loading and unloading vehicles
Initiative-driven work ethic
Handling and processing of delivery/collection paperwork
Order picking
General warehouse duties
Other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager
Requirements:
- Full Clean Drivers' License
- Minimum 1-year experience with a full C license
- Valid Drivers CPC and Digital card
- Familiarity with the Irish Roads network
- Proficient communication skills in English
- Previous multi-drop experience with a strong customer service focus
- Manual handling and Forklift certification are desirable
License:
- B, C or CE Driving License required, CE preferred
Other Details:
- Full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week)
- Shifts may include early, late, and weekends (5 out of 7 days)
